How do I create an account on equiprove?

To create an account, click on the Sign Up button on the homepage and follow the prompts to enter your details. Once completed, check your email for verification and confirm your account.

How do I add my horse’s records?

  1. Log in to your equiprove account

  2. Navigate to Add Horse

  3. Click Add New Horse and enter the required details

  4. Upload supporting documents (if applicable)

  5. Click Save & Verify

Can I import existing records?

Yes! equiprove allows you to import data from supported organisations and competition systems. Go to Settings > Data Import and follow the instructions to link your existing records.

 

Account & Access

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. Go to the Login Page

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter your email address and follow the link sent to your inbox

  4. Set a new password and log in

How do I update my profile information?

  • Click on My Account > Edit Profile

  • Update your personal details

  • Click Save Changes

Can I add multiple users to manage my horses?

Yes, equiprove allows you to add team members or co-owners to manage horse records. Go to Horse Settings > Manage Access and add the email of the person you’d like to invite

 

Data & Record Management

How do I update my horse’s ownership details?

  1. Navigate to Horse Profile

  2. Click Transfer Ownership

  3. Enter the new owner’s details

  4. Submit for verification

What happens if I make an error in an entry?

If you need to correct a mistake, go to Horse Profile > Edit Details. For verified records, you may need to request an update through the support team.

Can I track my horse’s competition history?

Yes! equiprove automatically updates competition results from integrated event platforms. Go to Horse Profile > Performance History to view recorded events.

Yes, equiprove is integrated with various registries and competition databases to ensure seamless data sharing.
